Terms

Herein, The Artist refers to Dyri Rattlingourd, AKA Trash Clown Art. The Client refers to you or an entity you represent. The Artwork refers to any art or design project in part or whole created as part of a contracted project. Prices are flat rate unless otherwise specified. Where applicable, multipage projects are priced per page. Additional fees for alternative concepts, cancellation, rejection, extra revisions, out of pocket expenses, reuse in original market, rush work, & royalties apply. Negotiation for these fees occurs during the opening talks for new projects & will be hammered out in the contract. For some projects, a labor cap will be specified in the contract with an hourly rate for work occurring after the cap has been met. For tattoo illustrations, no guarantees of end product (tattoo itself) are given. Art will be sent by The Artist directly to the tattoo specialist performing the service. No permission is given for further reproduction of the work by the Client or their selected tattoo specialist. The Artist retain the rights to the original design including the right to reproduce The Artwork for commercial use. Outside services, such as printing, manufacturing, production, purchasing, photography, video production, etc., are not included in these prices. Services not available include NFTs, portraits, or art that is vastly different from the style shown on this website. Projects that are vastly different in nature (ex. murals & installations) may be considered on a case by case basis. Email The Artist for such inquiries.
